Talent Development Manager

Description:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for culture development, people development and employee engagement, and ensure the organization is equipped to execute on this strategy effectively.
  • Develop company culture, monitor, and reinforce them.
  • Support employees with excellent benefits, strong performance & compensation philosophy, and empathetic engagement
  • Develop e-learning environment and e-development culture, and e-learning tools.
  • Corporate/ coordinate with related government sector.
  • Generate analytic report for top management

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in HRD, Culture, Engagement.
  • Be able to produce e-learning teaching materials.
  • Effective communication in both English and Thai.
  • Experience working in multinational environment.
  • Experience in being a Trainer and Train-the-Trainer.
  • Familiar in using Google Suit is a plus.
