Head of App Growth / Manager of App Growth

Kaidee is seeking a Head / Manager to join us in building one of the largest online services in Thailand. Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition: Identify, develop, lead, and implement user acquisition strategies, channels.
    • App Store Optimization
    • App Indexing
    • Work with Digital Team on optimising the spend and user churn of Paid Installs campaigns
    • Work with Marketing team to spearhead initiatives of organic app installs
    • Derive users towards the app from web using different UX hacks
    • Identify new products in the app to acquire more users
  • Activation and Conversion: Enhance the user activation by coordinating with design to improve the user personalisation and conversion funnel.
    • Deep Links
    • Sign Ups
    • Leads/Session
    • Conversion of user from non transactional products
    • Personalisation of the app
    • Monitor and track app’s performance numbers as a platform and help the engineering team to identify areas which could lead to user churn.
  • Retention: Oversee strategy and day-to-day operation and growth of the Mobile ad campaigns on Google AC, App Store Ads, and other mobile platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
  • Partner with marketing and content teams to develop compelling messaging, and drive acquisition creative strategy
  • Develop and measure product KPIs and devise and implement experiments to find suitable solutions to enhance performance
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign performance and conversion data and utilize data insights to develop new growth strategies and initiatives
  • Reviews customer (Play Store and App Store Comments) and competitor insight data and makes recommendations on new/additional target audience segments and marketing channel priorities
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for advertising, blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path
  • Leads a cross-functional team that oversees strategic planning and deployment of app-based marketing using new capabilities such as in-app marketing content and push notifications
  • Stay current on the mobile user acquisition landscape, growth trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to develop new ideas and initiatives for growth
