Kaidee is seeking a Head of Sales, Property who is experienced in real estate and passionate about developing new businesses to join our Business Development Team.

  • Identify business opportunities with profesional real estate sellers and ensure category growth
  • Ensure business development strategies are well understood and executed by sales teams
  • Set, track and analyse key performance indicators – presenting actionable insights and recommendations that drive towards the best possible outcome
  • Build influential relationships with people and companies throughout the real estate and technology industries
  • Solve (often) undefined or abstract tactical or strategic challenges
  • Support the Business Director in strategic planning, performance analysis and conduct analysis to develop market and operational insights
  • Collaborate with UX and product teams in determining needs of brokerage and other professional real estate sellers in terms of posting and feature packages as well as other product requirements


  • Thai Nationality
  • Min 5+ years of Professional Experience, with background in Business Development / Real Estate
  • Humble, flexible personality, with deep interest in developing teams and emerging businesses
  • Big picture thinking – you will need to figure out how to communicate strategy and coach teams to address two different business models in property
  • Strong management skills combined with a hands-on attitude
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to collect and synthesize data and to translate insights into leadership and initiative
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Thai and English


  • Achieve 100% of monthly revenue, conversion, and engagement targets
  • Ensure business development strategies are well understood and executed by sales teams
  • Synthesize and communicate key operational insights to Business Director monthly 
  • Support all aspects of sales team activities (technical, physical, etc.)
  • Improve products and platform features as necessary in conjunction with product, UX and other internal teams


  • Good communication skills; ability to coach, educate, and motivate sales teams
  • Big picture thinking – clear understanding of how mission and strategies are tied to team activities and targets
  • Ability to gather and synthesize operational data and insights
  • Ability to work flexibly and adjust tactics to meet team targets
