Kaidee is seeking a Business Development Manager who love technology and is passionate about Business Development focusing on Real Estate Vertical to join us.

  • Identify business opportunities for Real Estate vertical and ensure category growth
  • Ensure business development strategies are well understood and executed
  • Market assessment and requirements including opportunity size, competitive analysis, target customers and product requirements
  • Manages external partnerships relationships to ensure alignment with company’s mission and strategies
  • Handle newly acquired Kaidee listers in using the platform during on-ground acquisition activities
  • Collaborate with UX and Product teams in determining needs of Real Estate sellers in terms of posting and feature packages

Requirements :

  • Experience in Real Estate business
  • Big picture thinking – you will need to figure out what can have a fundamental impact on the growth of our business
  • Good on communication, analytical and problem solving skills and ability to build strong relationship with various working partners
  • Solution oriented, a team player with a strong leadership and initiative
  • Have strong relationship with Real Estate parties would be preferred
  • Ability to communicate well in English and Thai
