Kaidee is seeking a Business Development Manager who love technology and is passionate about Business Development focusing on Real Estate Vertical to join us.

- Identify business opportunities for Real Estate vertical and ensure category growth
- Ensure business development strategies are well understood and executed
- Market assessment and requirements including opportunity size, competitive analysis, target customers and product requirements
- Manages external partnerships relationships to ensure alignment with company’s mission and strategies
- Handle newly acquired Kaidee listers in using the platform during on-ground acquisition activities
- Collaborate with UX and Product teams in determining needs of Real Estate sellers in terms of posting and feature packages
- Experience in Real Estate business
- Big picture thinking – you will need to figure out what can have a fundamental impact on the growth of our business
- Good on communication, analytical and problem solving skills and ability to build strong relationship with various working partners
- Solution oriented, a team player with a strong leadership and initiative
- Have strong relationship with Real Estate parties would be preferred
- Ability to communicate well in English and Thai
