  • Performance: Lead team to execute MoM improvements in key metrics
    • Paid media: Cost per User, Cost Per Visit, Cost per Activation
    • Organic: SEO & ASO traffic
  • Product: Plan & execute communication plans supporting new features
  • Other Teams: Plan & execute communication plans supporting other teams
  • Partnerships: Plan & execute campaigns with other brands / sites


  • Lead performance team to victory!
  • Work closely with your team on optimising SEO, SEM and ASO campaigns based on company branding, digital best practices, and current market trends
  • Collaborate with product team and implement in-product go-to-market strategy for product launches (e.g. commercialisation plan, awareness and adoption strategies, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, tech, user experience, customer service, and leadership teams to define marketing strategy, roadmap and execution
  • Develop and use actionable, data-driven insights to drive product adoption and business results
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess the ROI and KPIs
  • Analyse trends and changes in digital media environment to improve all advertising campaign
  • Look for new opportunities for digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage marketing partnership campaigns


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 6-7 years of Digital Marketing experience (SEO / ASO / SEM)
  • Experience working with business intelligence tools, analytic, application development, and databases.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead team
  • Great collaborator, communicator and proven informal influencer
  • Results-focused, data-driven and hands-on
  • Experience managing creative campaigns
  • Experience in digital media such as Google AdWords, GDN, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter Advertising
  • Good understanding in digital marketing concept, keen on social media, and passionate about technology and innovation
  • High energy, self-motivated, eager to work with fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai is a must (ability to communicate in English is a great advantage)
