Kaidee is seeking a TeleOps Representative who love technology and is passionate about Customer Service to join us.

Requirement

  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skill

Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls to user for all requirement of other department

  • Outbound calls to user in order to give a knowledge with our product.

  • Outbound calls to user in order to survey the preference in our platform.

  • Outbound calls for sell our product

  • do the report of daily task / weekly / monthly

  • coordinate with other departments

  • Other tasks assignment.
