Responsibilities

  • Recommend and manage updates to the search algorithm to optimize search results for all search terms
  • Manage internal tools and business processes that optimize the onsite search experience
  • Research clean, concise and persuasive content to be used within SEO and SEM campaigns based on company branding, digital best practices, current market trends, and best practices
  • Develop search measurement plans and dashboards; monitor and report on search engine and onsite search metrics and KPIs
  • Benchmark the onsite search experience versus competitors
  • Manage digital campaigns and day-to-day digital content & activities for all digital channel and across channels like push, email, in-app and more
    (Knowledge in Braze is a plus)
  • Work closely with internal team to monitor and control AdWords campaigns to ensure the quality
  • Assist in developing and managing AdWords and PPC campaigns
  • Track conversion rates and identify improvements to the platform
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Analyze trends and changes in digital media environment to improve all advertising campaign
  • Look for new opportunities for digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of digital marketing and SEO experience
  • Ability to develop well-written, well-researched copy for search-related online marketing activities
  • Ability to implement SEO best practices both technical and non-technical
  • Experience in digital media such as Google AdWords, GDN, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter Advertising
  • Good understanding in digital marketing concept, keen on social media, and passionate about technology and innovation
  • Familiarity with analyzing data
  • High energy, self-motivated, eager to work with fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactivity in daily tasks to excel in position
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
